Nickole stays on the forefront of current and innovative trends in college admissions and education. She taught public high school for ten years before founding My Academic Advisor. In those years she created a curriculum for college transition implemented by the district and has helped oversee the placement of over a thousand students in hundreds of colleges across the nation. Nickole finds great joy in assisting students in a one-on-one setting to discover their potential. Her top priority is to provide the resources and guidance that students’ and families need to successfully navigate the college admission process. Nickole holds a Masters Degree in Secondary Education as well as a Bachelors degree in Accounting. She is also a Professional Member of the National Association of College Admissions Counselors (NACAC) as well as the Higher Educational Consultants Association (HECA).
Lawrence has been a part of My Academic Advisor from inception. For the last four years, he has taught Financial Literacy workshops on behalf of Junior Achievement. The Junior Achievement program aims to provide young students with knowledge of financial literacy skills to one day help make sound economic decisions. Lawrence manages day to day operations, client/employee relations, strategic partnerships, and events for My Academic Advisor. Lawrence holds a Bachelors degree in Business with a concretion in Operations & Supply Chain Management and is currently a member of the Texas Association for College Admission Counseling (TACAC).
Ezra is a resident of Dallas, TX. University of North Texas graduate in Public Administration with a minor in Finance. Has over 15 years, budget expertise for governmental agencies. He has served on an advisory board for the Emmett J. Conrad Leadership Program, a career building internship program for college students in Texas State district #23. Currently serves as an internship coordinator for the Federal Emergency Management Agency. In this capacity he is able to aid high school and college students on how to successfully gain internships in the competitive job market. Assisting high school and college students reach their goals is one of his major passions.

Kenneth, originally from Wichita Falls, Tx. graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing and minor in Real Estate. He also obtained his masters in Sports Management from North Texas, and is currently completed his Principal Certification. He hopes to pursue his Doctorate in the near future. Kenneth began his career in teaching with Grand Prairie ISD, where he teaches math and coaches basketball. He also has had the opportunity to serve as a Math Master teacher (coaching other teachers in the classroom), and created a mentoring program to encourage students to build relationships with positive adults and achieve success. As a basketball coach he has coached his team to winning back to back championships, the first in over 10 years.
Marchella Simon is a Dallas-area marketing professional experienced in developing and implementing networking systems to support services for clients. Marchella has developed a reputation for being able to deliver beyond expectations, effectively managing and meeting deadlines and budgets. As a marketing professional, she is experienced in event production, media relations, public relations and social media promotion. She has extensive experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, emphasizing customer service and satisfactorily resolving issues to successfully carry out the client’s vision. Marchella has successfully led social media campaigns in support of local and national conferences and has extensive experience in managing publication projects, media releases and other communications. She attended the University of North Texas, where she received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
